Who is Karri Wilson

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ (R.H.N.) and Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP) in London, Ontario.

I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. My background also includes working in the social services sector for many years mainly in mental health and addictions. My passion has always been helping others live a life they love.

After becoming ill in 2015, I took my health into my own hands and began diving into alternative & holistic health practices. This led me back to school and the completion of my R.H.N. My focus is women’s health and leading them to be empowered to ditch diet culture and focus on nourishing their bodies. After being a life long dieter and struggling with disordered eating myself, I now help others work towards self acceptance with a focus on nourished living over body size. My philosophy is to find the root cause and address it. I truly believe that food is medicine and most disease begins in the gut. By addressing the root and nourishing the gut, we can find balance in our bodies. When we get the inside right, we can glow from the inside out.

I utilize several modalities in my practice including Live & Layered Blood Analysis. This alternative health practice provides a glimpse into the terrain within our bodies. I also support clients with dietary planning, nutritional consulting, supplementation protocols and Metabolic Balance©; an individualized program that balances your hormones, optimizes your health and reduces inflammation. I work in conjunction with the Naturopaths and other practitioners within the clinic to provide wrap around care for each client with my primary focus on nutrition.

Some extended health coverage plans include these services such as Greenshield, Sunlife and SSQ. I am a recognized service provider through Greenshield and can be found under “Social Worker/Counsellor”. Please contact your provider directly to see if you are covered.

I live in London, Ontario with my husband and blended family. I value the importance of whole health by living a life that focuses on the Body, Mind and Spirit connection.
